How long does delivery take?
Our standard delivery timeframe is 19–24 business days.
Delivery times may vary slightly due to customs processing, holidays, or high seasonal demand.
How do I track my order?
All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.
If tracking updates appear delayed, please do not worry. Tracking systems sometimes update slowly, but your package will arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe.
Why has my tracking not updated?
Tracking updates may take several days to appear, especially during international transit.
If your tracking has not updated for more than 7–10 business days, please contact our support team and we will investigate for you.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You must email us within 48 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation.
After 48 hours, your order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
Personalized items cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
Can I change my shipping address?
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.
What is your returns policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- With all tags attached
- In original packaging
Personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

What if I received the wrong item?

We will either send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Do you offer express shipping?
Currently, we use economy shipping to provide free delivery. Delivery typically takes approximately three weeks.
At this time, we do not offer express shipping options.
Do I have to pay customs or import fees?
No, we covered all fees.
Do you offer discounts or promo codes?
Yes. Only one discount code may be used per order.
We are not responsible for promotions listed on third-party websites unless explicitly authorized by us.
