Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 25 business days from the date of dispatch.
While these timeframes serve as a reference, customers should be aware that delivery times may occasionally extend beyond these estimates due to factors beyond our control, such as customs procedures, postal delays, or international transit disruptions.
In such cases, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding, as these delays are external to The Boutique Soccer. Please rest assured that we are always doing everything within our power to ensure your order reaches you as swiftly as possible.

Exchanges, Returns and Refunds
RETURNS
SOCCERSWANK only accepts returns of new products, without any kind of damage or signs of use, within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days after receiving the order. To proceed with the return you must contact us via email. This email should contain the order number and reference of the product you want to return. Once the return is confirmed by our team, you should send the article to the address indicated, within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days.
The articles for exchange or return should be sent directly to us.
We do not accept returns of the following items: personalised items.
If we receive returns that do not meet the above conditions, the customer will not be entitled to any refund.
ORDER CANCELLATION
It is only possible to cancel an order if it is in pending status, which means that it has not yet been packaged and has not left our warehouses. Contact our customer support for the cancellation of the order.
EXCHANGES OF PRODUCTS
Exchanges of products are accepted. However, these requests are subject to previous stock confirmation. To exchange an item, please contact our customer service.
REFUND METHODS AND DEADLINES
SOCCERSWANK will do its best to reimburse the customer within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the date of arrival of the return.
In the case of cancelled orders (paid orders that have not yet been sent), the maximum deadline for reimbursement is 7 (seven) days.
REFUND OF SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping costs of the shipment and the order return will be supported by the customer.
UNCLAIMED ORDERS AND PICKUP POINT DELIVERIES
In cases where a delivery attempt is made and the recipient is unavailable, the parcel may be redirected to a local pickup point as per the carrier’s procedures.
If the customer chooses not to collect the parcel from the designated pickup location—despite having been notified by us of its availability—SOCCERSWANK shall not be held responsible for any failure to retrieve the order.
In such circumstances, we are under no obligation to reattempt delivery or issue a refund, unless and until the parcel is returned to us in its original condition by the postal service.
Enter the correct address
SOCCERSWANK cannot be held responsible at any time if customers do not receive their parcel because they have given the wrong address, without correctly indicating the street name, house/apartment number, floor, postcode and country.
Unfortunately, many customers do not indicate their address correctly.
Our top priority is for our customers to receive their order as quickly as possible.
