Warranty

Soccerswank offers a limited warranty of one (1) year on all products, effective from the original date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply in the following cases:

• Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, improper handling, or accident

• Wear and tear from normal use (including fading, pilling, or deterioration of materials over time)

• Customisation wear or deterioration (e.g. fading or peeling of printed names/numbers)

• Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, high heat, water, or cleaning products

• Items lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery

• Repairs, alterations or modifications not authorised by Soccerswank

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are required to inspect all products immediately upon delivery.
If any item appears incorrect, incomplete, or defective, the customer must notify Soccerswank within 48 hours of receipt via email at support@soccerswank.com.

Failure to report the issue within this period may result in the loss of the right to warranty or replacement.

Returns & Claims Process

To initiate a warranty claim, the item must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, documentation, and labels.

If the issue is deemed valid under this warranty, Soccerswank will, at its sole discretion, offer:

• A replacement of the item (subject to availability), or

• A refund of the original purchase price.

Shipping costs for returns under warranty may be reimbursed only if the claim is accepted and the product is deemed defective.

Exclusions & Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
No other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soccerswank shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of the product, including but not limited to loss of use, delay, or inconvenience.
